Do you offer free domestic shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over $150.
We currently ship via UPS Ground or USPS. If you have any questions about our shipping methods or would like to ship internationally, please email info@karmaliving.net.
Returns
What is your return policy?
All return requests must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Customers wishing to return an item/order are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Returned items must be in original, unused condition and must be in the original packaging. Once received, Karma Living will inspect and will issue credit back to the original form of payment.
If an item is damaged, Karma Living will send a replacement or issue credit.
